This course explains the concepts of what it takes to balance work tasks and operator motions to create a harmonious and uninterrupted flow of product through our process steps. It teaches us to identify those operations that are out of balance with the others and how to bring them back into line. Participants will understand the impact balanced flow has on through-put, lead time to the customer and inventory levels, all of which play a very important role in the financial success of organizations.
